Resumo

Abstract Fv‐4 , a gene controlling susceptibility to ecotropic murine leukemia viruses, was linked to both Pre‐1 (prealbumin) and Igh‐1 (immunoglobulin heavy‐chain constant region) loci on chromosome 12 in mice. The gene order was Fv‐4‐Pre‐1‐Igh‐1 , and the estimated frequency of recombination between Fv‐4 and Pre‐1 was about 20%.
