ResumoCarcinomain situ of the cornea and conjunctiva (Bowen's Disease) is a not uncommon disease in the elderly which frequently presents in association with other ocular lesions generally regarded as being salar induced. These solar induced lesions are pterygia, basal cell carcinoma, hyper-keratosis and contractural ectropion of the lids. The asscciation of Bowen's Disease with these lesions, the multifocal nature of Bowen's Disease, its behaviour and response to treatment are discussed in this paper, with reference to case reports.
