ResumoArthroscopic biceps tenodesis has rarely been reported. The purpose of this study is to present our technique of arthroscopic biceps tenodesis using the Bio-Tenodesis (Arthrex, Naples, FL) screw system. This system uses a uniquely designed screwdriver that allows manipulation of the biceps tendon subacromially and intra-articularly, facilitates placement and maintenance of the biceps tendon at the base of the bone socket during interference screw insertion, and assures an adequate bone-tendon-screw interface.
