ResumoLight fuel: Photoresponsive nanoscale tweezers fuelled by photons were constructed with azobenzene-modified DNA. The tweezers were photoswitched to the open state with UV light irradiation (λ=330–350 nm) and to the closed state with visible light (λ=440–460 nm) without the addition of further oligonucleotides as fuel.
