ResumoSynthesized ZnO NPs were irradiated with 50 MeV Li 3+ SHI two fluences: 5 × 10 11 and 1 × 10 13 ions per cm 2 . The electronic and nuclear energy losses are found to be 15.61 keV μm −1 and 0.087 keV μm −1 in the range 206.1 μm for the range of the projectile ions of Li 3+ at 50 MeV.
