In this work, we studied the oxidation of the azo dye Disperse Orange 3 (DO3) by hydrogen peroxide, catalyzed by 5,10,15,20-tetrakis(4-N-methylpyridyl)porphyrin iron(III) chloride immobilized onto montmorillonite K10, FeP-K10. Results showed that the FeP-K10/H2O2 system is efficient for discoloration of the DO3 dye, especially at pH 3.0. In this paper we extend M. Lyubich's recent results on the global hyperbolicity of renormalization of quadratic-like germs to the space of C r unimodal maps with quadratic critical point.We show that in this space the boundedtype limit sets of the renormalization operator have an invariant hyperbolic structure provided r ≥ 2 + α with α close to one.As an intermediate step between Lyubich's results and ours, we prove that the renormalization operator is hyperbolic in a Banach space of real analytic maps. ...

Avaliou-se o efeito da glutamina, associada ao ácido glutâmico, proveniente de um produto comercial, sobre o desenvolvimento e a atividade enzimática em frangos de corte. O objetivo do trabalho foi avaliar a soroepidemiologia do T. gondii e relato de problemas oculares em pacientes da zona rural que procuraram a unidade de saúde de Jaguapitã, Paraná. Soros de 82 pacientes foram submetidos a reação de Imunofluorescência Indireta, para detectar a presença de anticorpos anti-T. gondii da classe IgG, sendo a soropositividade considerada para diluições 3 1:16.
