Abstract The current work describes the use of multidimensional Euclidean geometric distance (EGD) and Bayesian methods to characterize and classify the sky and cloud patterns present in image pixels. To determine anatomicomorphological changes in the infrarenal portion of the abdominal aorta, we performed 645 dissections of the segment in corpses undergoing necropsy.The aortas were removed from the corpses with a surgical technique; by means of a device that we designed, the external diameter of the artery was measured after luminal pressure was reestablished. We prove a Pohozaev-type identity for both the problem (−Δ+m2)su=f(u) in RN and its harmonic extension to R+N+1 when 0<s<1.
