Quaternary gravel deposits covering the bottom of the Bardena Blanca depression (Central Ebro Basin, Navarra) have been studied. Three Late Pleistocene units (Qt1, Qt2 and Qt3) of gravel accumulation have been differentiated using geomorphologic mapping, sedimentological analysis and optically stimulated luminescence techniques.
