Objetivou-se descrever as alterações fisiológicas da morte encefálica em potenciais doadores de órgãos e tecidos para transplantes. Estudo exploratório descritivo com dados prospectivos e abordagem quantitativa realizado nas unidades de emergência e terapia intensiva adulto de um hospital de Pernambuco no período de abril a outubro de 2011.
