1985年∼1997年に和歌山県御坊市から採集したコナガについて,3齢幼虫を用いた葉片浸債法により薬剤感受性を調査した.合成ピレスロイド剤の効果が減退した1985年からBT剤の使用量が増加したが,それにともないBT剤(トアロー水和剤CT®)に対する感受性が低下し,1986年と1987年にLC50値が20ppm前後となった.しかし,BT剤の防除効果が低下したために使用量が減ると,感受性は再び高まった.1988年からクロルフルアズロン乳剤がおもに使用され,当初感受性は極めて高かったが,1991年秋以降感受性が低下している.近年散布回数が減少した有機リン剤に対する感受性は回復したが,合成ピレスロイド剤は,コナガ以外の害虫を対象に散布される場合も多いので,感受性は回復していない.

Spinetoram, spinosad, lepimectin, emamectin, and chlorfenapyr were effective on the 1st day after treatment, whereas pyridalyl and chromafenozide were effective on the 5th day after treatment.
