The involvement of ionotropic glutamate receptors in bladder overactivity and pudendal neuromodulation was determined in α -chloralose anesthetized cats by intravenously administering MK801 (a NMDA receptor antagonist) or CP465022 (an AMPA receptor antagonist). The Oxford-Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP) Research and Surveillance Centre (RSC) is one of Europe's oldest sentinel systems, working with the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) and its predecessor bodies for 55 years.
