The allele frequency distribution of DYS19 and DYS199 loci were analyzed in 59 Brazilian Amerindians from five tribes from the Amazon region (Zoé, Awá-Guajá, Urubú-Kaapór, Katuena, and Kayapó, Xikrin of Bacajá village).
