At room temperature, brucite has a coefficient of friction, μ ≈ 0.30, making it one of the weakest minerals identified to date. γ-アミノ酪酸（GABA）を多く含んだ新香味茶であるギャバ金太郎について，その機能性成分や安全性に関する成分の分析を行った。その結果，GABA含有量は，撹拌・赤外線照射10分以降では，ギャバロン茶の基準である1.5mg/g以上で推移した。撹拌•赤外線照射により，カテキン類は減少する傾向を示し，テアフラビン類は増加する傾向にあった。50分後の含有量は，カテキン類及びテアフラビン類ともに紅茶とほぼ同程度であった。カフェイン含有量は，撹拌•赤外線照射により減少する傾向にあった。フェオフォルバイドaは，撹拌•赤外線照射により増加する傾向にあった。以上のことから， ギャバ金太郎には，GABA及びテアフラビン類が多く含まれているが，カテキン類の含有量は僅かであることが明らかとなった。また，フェオフォルバイドａの含有量は，クロレラで設定されている基準値以下であることが判明した。
