Einleitung: Die pulmonale Hypertonie (PH) bei interstitiellen Lungenerkrankungen liegt im Fokus neuerer wissenschaftlicher Untersuchungen. Angaben zur Prävalenz existieren insbesondere für die idiopathische Lungenfibrose, Sarkoidose und Kollagenose-assoziierte interstitielle Lungenerkrankungen. Über das Vorhandensein einer pulmonalen Hypertonie bei chronisch exogen-allergischer Alveolitis (EAA) liegen bislang keine eindeutigen Daten vor.
