Analogues of isatin/bis-Schiff bases based on thiocarbohydrazone (1–16) were synthesized, characterised using various methods like NMR and HR-ESI-MS, and then tested against the acetylcholinesterase (AChE) and butyrylcholinesterase (BuChE) enzymes.
