The midibuses have provided the following advantages to the constraints imposed by the operator in terms of functionality and image: maximum accessibility; lower pollution; user-friendly space; and, an innovative, futuristic bus look. The article describes a hybrid vehicle as both a diesel and an electric vehicle, and its operation as a solid partnership between the operator and the conductor.
