Perhaps the most explored hypothesis for the accelerated cosmic expansion rate arises in the context of extra fields or modifications to General Relativity. Timely and safe elective health care facilitates return to normal activities for patients and prevents emergency admissions. Surgery is a cornerstone of elective care and relies on complex pathways. Selective destruction of neoplastic epithelium for a virally induced lesion such as cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) is the goal of photodynamic therapy.
