Abstract Elastomeric networks were prepared from polydimethylsilmethylene (PDMSM) [Si(CH 3 ) 2 CH 2 ], a polymer closely related to polydimethylsiloxane (PDMSO) [Si(CH 3 ) 2 O] and polyisobutylene (PIB) [C(CH 3 ) 2 CH 2 ]. The birefringence of PDMSM in elongation was found to be qualitatively similar to that of PDMSO, in that there was no evidence for strain‐induced crystallization. No Brasil, quando falamos sobre desigualdade, costumamos associar o termo à má distribuição de renda entre a população ou então ao desequilíbrio de riquezas entre certas regiões e estado. Um tipo de desigualdade, porém, é constantemente negligenciado: a desigualdade de investimento na cultura. Este artigo busca apresentar ao leitor o caráter concentrador da Lei Rouanet que, baseada na lógica mercantilista, privilegia de forma desequilibrada as metrópoles Rio e São Paulo no fomento de projetos culturais.
