The sputtering yields of isotropic graphite PD330S and conversion B4C irradiated by high flux neutral beam have been investigated. The specification of the beam is as follows: deuterium flux from 2 × 1021 to 1 × 1022/m2 s with 9% of oxygen and acceleration energy of 5 keV. Photocatalytic carbon dioxide (CO2) conversion into carbon monoxide (CO) using H2O as an electron donor was achieved by the strontium titanate (SrTiO3: STO) nanorod thin films loaded with amorphous copper oxide (CuxO) nanoclusters. The loading of the CuxO-cocatalysts onto STO nanorods clearly improved the photocatalytic activity compared to bare STO nanorods. コンクリート塊リサイクルに関しての現場調査を行い, LCA的解析によりリサイクル効果を評価した。その結果, 環境負荷を計算するための基本データであるエネルギー原単位について, 新規クラッシャーラン製造プロセスの重機についてのみ規模の影響がみられた。また, 業者間のエネルギー原単位の変動については, 処分場造成プロセスでは変動係数が108%と大きかったが, その他のプロセスはおおむね, 30~70%であった。リサイクルによる環境負荷の削減が可能な場合は, 再資源化プロセスにおいてプラントに電力, 重機に軽油を用いた場合のみであった。また, その場合の負荷削減量はCO2で0.52kg-C/ton, NOxで2.2×10-3kg-NOx/ton, SOxで3.5×10-3kg-SOx/tonであった。リサイクルした場合の負荷原単位の大きいプロセスは主に輸送および再資源化プロセスでの重機であった。日本全体で発生したコンクリート塊の処理処分に伴う環境負荷量は, すべての負荷項目で日本全体の排出量と比較すると無視できるほど小さく, 今後増加するコンクリート塊のリサイクルを行う場合, 環境負荷の増加は制限要因にはならないことがわかった。

胃原発の消化管間質腫瘍(gastrointestinal stromal tumor,以下GISTと略記)の肝転移治療中に,胃癌を発症し切除した症例を経験した.症例は50歳の女性で,検診で発見された胃GIST切除後3年目に多発肝転移を認め,肝切除を施行.その後,残肝再発に対して合計5回の経皮的ラジオ波焼灼療法(radiofrequency ablation,以下RFA),14年にわたるイマチニブ内服,残肝再切除などの治療を繰り返し行ってきた.原発巣切除後20年目に下大静脈近傍の肝再発巣に対して開胸マイクロ波治療(microwave coagulation therapy,以下MCT)を計画し,術前に施行した上部消化管内視鏡検査にて胃癌が発見された.開胸MCT後に胃全摘を施行,病理組織学的検査では,tub2/por2,pT3(SS),pN1(2/10),Stage II Bであった.術後はイマチニブを休薬し,胃癌術後補助化学療法としてS-1を内服し,術後1年経過時点で無再発である.当院の胃GIST症例17例中で消化器癌を併発した症例が5例(29.4%)あり,再発胃GIST症例においても異時性多重がん( ...

症例は28歳,男性.10年ほど前から臍周囲の腹痛を繰り返していた.持続する腹痛のため救急外来を受診,小腸閉塞の診断で入院となった.CTで拡張した小腸と臍右下に長径60mm大の嚢胞状構造物を認めた.卵黄腸管の遺残を強く疑い,待機的に開腹手術を施行した.下腹部正中創の直下に嚢胞を認め,臍部の壁側腹膜と強固に固着していた.さらに,嚢胞と回盲部から口側95cmの回腸を連続する索状物が小腸閉塞の原因となっていた.上腸間膜動脈に沿って腸間膜と嚢胞に連続する索状物も認めた.遺残のないよう嚢胞,索状物を切除した.Meckel憩室は認めなかった.嚢胞の病理組織学的所見では粘膜を含む消化管全層構造,異所性胃粘膜と異所性十二指腸粘膜を認めた.
