Abstract China has not been extensively investigated for the prevalence of hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection among people with or without liver disease. We analyzed serum from 2,177 liver disease patients from 7 cities in different areas of China. 著者らは無色のアニオンを有色の金属キレートカチオンとともに有機溶媒に抽出し,有機層におけるキレートの吸収スペクトルを測定することによって,当該アニオンを比色定量する方法を系統的に研究しており,本報はその一部である.銅(I)の特異的比色試薬であるクプロインは通常,アミルアルコール溶液を用いて銅(I)を抽出比色する.この場合,クプロインのクロロホルム溶液を使用すると,銅(I)は特殊なアニオンが存在する場合にのみ抽出されることを見いだした.本報は微量のο-フタル酸が水溶液中に存在すると,クプロイン-クロロホルム溶液に銅(I)が抽出され,かつ有機層の紫色(吸収極大550mμ)の強度がο-フタル酸濃度に比例することがわかったので,この現象にもとつくο-フタル酸の吸光光度定壁法を検討したものである.5×10-4Mクプロイン-クロロホルム溶液でpH 4.1において抽出し,550mμの吸光度を試薬ブランクを対照として測定すれば,8×10-6~4×10-5Mで直線関係が得られ,精度よくο-フタル酸を定量できる.イソフタル酸わよびテレフタル酸は10倍モル以下の共存では妨害しない.

水溶液中に微量の硝酸イオソが存在するとき,ネオクプロイソ-銅(I)キレート陽イオンは硝酸イオンとともにメチルイソプチルケトソに抽出されることを見いだした。このとき,有機相の橙黄色(吸収極大456mμ)の強度が水相中の硝酸イオンの濃度に比例することがわかったので,この現象に基づいて硝酸イオンの新しい抽出比色定量法を研究した。基礎的諸条件を検討した結果,pH5.5~6.5の範囲で抽出を行なえば,硝酸イオンの濃度10-6~10-5mol/lの範囲でBeerの法則にしたがうことがわかった。さらに,この方法を諸種の試料について既知のフェノールジスルホン酸法と比較検討したところ,本法は硝酸イオンに対する感度がフェノールジスルホン酸法の約5倍であり,亜硝酸や塩素イオンの共存の影響も少ない点がすぐれていることがわかった。亜硝酸や塩素イオソが大過剰に共存するときはかなりな誤差を与えるので,その除去法についても種々検討した。その結果確立された最適条件で河川水などの実試料の分析について適用したところよい結果を得たので報告する。
