The investigation of upgraded bio-fuels production processes was carried out via the development of efficient catalysts for oxy-organic hydrodeoxygenation (HDO) processes. It was found that Ni–Cu catalysts are more attractive than single Ni catalysts in HDO under mild conditions. Copper facilitates the nickel oxide reduction at temperatures lower than 300 °C. The various pathways of high-ash biomass processing to the valuable carbonaceous composites are considered. From the rice husk carbon–silica composites and supermicroporous carbon materials (SMC) were prepared. In the new SMCs, the specific surface area ABET reaches 3460 m2/g while micropore volume Vμ is up to 1.9 cm3/g at the total of pore volume, VΣ, as large as 3.0 cm3/g. To counteract cases when the speed control of on-board flight path safety systems fail to meet separation standards with other aircrafts, we propose a genetic algorithm that builds the trajectory of required length, taking into account the complex terrain, when aircraft are maneuvering at low altitude. Examples of the trajectories generated by the proposed algorithm are given for the mountainous vicinity of the Yelizovo airport.

The alkylating derivatives of four individual diastereomers of the oligonucleotide [dTp(Et)]3dTpU and two individual diastereomers of oligonucleotide [dTp(Et)dTp]4 have been synthesized. The reagents with the phosphorus atoms in the enantiomeric p" configuration are shown to be more efficient in reacting with poly(dA) and with nucleic acids in Krebs-2 ascites carcinoma cells compared to those with the phosphorus atoms in the p' configuration.
