The genus Flavivirus, family Flaviviridae, includes a number of important arthropod-transmitted human pathogens such as dengue viruses, West Nile virus, Japanese encephalitis virus and yellow fever virus. Though tree-ring chronologies are annually resolved, their dating has never been independently validated at the global scale. Moreover, it is unknown if atmospheric radiocarbon enrichment events of cosmogenic origin leave spatiotemporally consistent fingerprints. A variable fractional-order (VFO) fuzzy sliding mode controller is designed to control the speed of a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM). First, a VFO sliding mode surface is established. Two novel endohedral metallofullerenes, Th@ C 2 (8)-C 84 and Th@ C s (15)-C 84 , have been successfully synthesized and fully characterized. Spectroscopic studies suggest that endohedral actinide metal atoms have an important impact on the electronic structures of actinide metallofullerenes.
