To the original treaties of amity and commerce and of alliance between the U.S. and France have been added the treaties of amity and commerce between the United States and Sweden and between the United States and the Netherlands. Translated by Louis Alexandre, duc de La Rochefoucauld d'Enville. Translated and printed at the instigation of Benjamin Franklin. The notes are probably at least in part by Benjamin Franklin.
