The Following papers collected, and seriously deliberated upon, by a number of linen-drapers in and near Lisburn and Belfast, are humbly presented to the right honourable and honourable the Trustees of the linen manufacture, as materials for a linen-bill; and humbly submitted to their consideration, preparatory to a new act of Parliament for the better order, regulation, and improvement of the said manufacture.
