In a scheme for the new lotteries, for raising 1,800000 l. upon a fund of 168003 per annum, whereby the government may raise a 1000000 l. more upon the same fund, for the service of the present year 1712, which 1000000 l. will be saved out of the hands of the stock-jobbers, to the great incouragement of trade, as will apper in the following scheme; wherein there is 10 benefits of 12000 l. each, or a 100000 l. for 10 l.
