Half-title: Proceedings ... To which are appended the several letters which passed to and from New York on the occasion, &c. Published by order of Congress. Two other editions were published in the same year: Hartford, B. Webster, 1780 (32 p.) and New York, J. Rivingston, 1780 (13 p.)
