Photostat copy of a letter from Thomas Clarkson to Buxton telling him that he had read his book twice, in spite of the condition of his eyes, and would send his comments on it when completed. Suspecting that Buxton was then staying with the Hare family he sends them his regards and a promise to visit them should he ever be in London again. [The original of this letter is in the possession of Dr Lambo of Geneva. Permission to quote from it must be obtained from him through Charles J.
