Joseph John Gurney to Buxton, about his belief that he would have divine assistance in the debate the following day, the importance of his Parliamentary career and his own belief that as long as Buxton's cause was righteous he would succeed in whatever he attempted. He assures him that he would be remembered in his prayers. He adds that he had been spending two very interesting days with Wilberforce and that his wife, Mary, was a little improved in health.
