A Sequel to the Author's Paper in the 1856-57 Session Which Had Identified Defects in the English System of Mortuary Records. Commends a Scheme Proposed by Mr. Rumsey of Cheltenham for Establishing "a System of Medical Police in This Country" and Shows How Sound Statistics Could Be Substituted for "the Elaborate Romance Annually Presented by the Registrar General."
