The Scene in Dogashima Hot Springs in the Mid-Meiji Era. In Upper Left Is the Godan Hotel, Which Was Named for Its Five-Stories. It Was Destroyed in the Great Kanto Earthquake, and Was Not Restored Afterwards. The Lower Left Is the Yamatoya, and to the Right Is the Cottage Said to Have Been a Place Where the 14th Century Zen Priest Muso Kokushi (or Soseki) Stayed. To the Centre Is the Taiseikan.
