Paul (1869-1943) Made One of the First News Films; Hepworth (1874-1953) Invented a Type of Arc Lamp, Wrote the First Book on the Cinema and Established His Own Film Company; Melies (1861-1938) Made the Famous 'A Trip to the Moon' (1902), with Early Special Effects; Williamson (1855-1933) Started out Making Short Films and Moved into the Manufacture of Film Equipment; G. H. Cricks' 'A Visit to Peek Frean and Co's Biscuit Works' (1906) Was One of the First Films to Use Indoor Arc Lighting; Martin Directed 'The Freak Barber'(1905) Featuring a Barber Who Cuts His Customer's Heads off; Barker Made 'Henry VIII (1911).
