It Is Known That Sainogahara Had Many Stone Towers and Stone Buddhas Druing the Edo Period According to Tokaido Hakone Sanchu-Zu (Ukiyoe; Color Woodblock Print of Hakone's Everyday Life in Edo Period by Gountei Sadahide, 1863).
