Resumo
Mexican copy, made by Carlos María de Bustamente, of an opinion by the Council of Castile concerning the crime of diffidence. The opinion discusses varying degrees of the crime and its punishment. It was originally issued in 1711, during the War of the Spanish Succession, a conflict between Philip of Anjou and Archduke Charles of Austria for control of the Spanish throne. 1803 Feb 6
