Photograph from the 'Curzon Collection: Album of views of Udaipur and Chittaurgarh', of the royal crematory of Ahr, taken in c.1905 by an unknown photographer. It shows a general view of the Mahasati, the royal cremation ground of the Rajput rulers of Udaipur. The chhatris or pavilions are carved with a decoration typical of the 15th century style.
