ResumoFour extracts of mycelium + medium of P. ostreatus culture were prepared; each of them takes part in one of the different stages of development of the fungi. The extracts worked on different kind of bacteria, fungi and yeasts cultures, and the growing inhibitory capacity of these microorganisms was measured. A strong antibacterial activity in the extract obtained from P. ostreatus in the inoculum phase on wheat grain was observed. A slight growing inhibitory activity occured in the representative extract of the pure culture phase in plates. No antimicrobial activity was shown in the representative extracts of the vegetative and generative phases on the sugar cane and straw. The results of this investigation can be used as the bases for new biopesticides development.
