espanolEl articulo recoge las posiciones sobre la cuestion petrolera de Fedecamaras entre 1958, ano en que se retorna el hilo democratico y se pone en marcha una politica petrolera de nuevo cuno y 1966, ano en el que el gobierno de Raul Leoni despliega un conjunto de acciones encaminadas a ejercer mayor control sobre las companias petroleras. En general, las acciones de politica petrolera en este periodo generaron fuerte rechazo por parte del organismo empresarial y produjeron inocultables tensiones entre este y el gobierno. El trabajo sistematiza las respuestas del empresariado frente a las medidas que dieron lugar a aquellas tensiones y llama la atencion sobre el doble transito e Fedecamaras: contraria la politica petrolera estatal pero convalida su resultado final: la extraccion de cada vez mayores niveles de renta en el mercado petrolero internacional por parte del Estado venezolano. EnglishThis article gathers the positions of the Federation of Chambers of Commerce (Fedecamaras) on the oil issue between 1958, year when the democratic thread is recaptured and starts an oil policy of new stamp and 1966, year in which Raul Leoni´s government displays some actions guided to exert a bigger control on the oil companies. In general, oil policy´s actions in this period generated strong reactions from Fedecamaras, producing them tensions between this organism and the government. This work systematizes de answers of Fedecamaras in front of the measures that gave place to those tensions and attracts the attention on the double transit of Fedecamaras; on one hand, it interferes with the State oil policy and, on the other hand, validates its final result: The extraction of bigger rent levels in the international oil market on behalf of the Venezuelan State.
