ResumoCytokinin containing extracts of young apples and of coconut milk were purified and subjected to chemical treatments designed to modify the chemical natures of the cytokinins. Chromatographic comparisons were then made between the cytokinins of the treated and untreated extracts and zeatin and zeatin nucleoside.
