Agricultural and Food Production Studies

The present investigative work was carried out in the Company of Sure of Sancti Spiritus's County and he/she has had as possibility to study and to analyze the behavior of the Insurance in the line Tobacco starting from the year 2000. The study begins with a bibliographical revision that has allowed the theoretical foundation of the insurance and where it is approached in form white and he/she specifies the historical emergence of the insurance, its stages, as well as the essential characteristics of the insurance and the social forms that you/they can practice the insurance. Lastly he/she is carried out a characterization of the risk and their variants, as well as the different types are analyzed of sure predominant in our country. In this first part of the study they are arrived to interesting conclusions that serve as base for future stages of investigation of the work.
