Este ensaio trata do processo de evolucao e transformacao das estruturas industriais e de mercado atraves, principalmente, das abordagens neoschumpeterianas. Focaliza a dinâmica economica capitalista e sua relacao com estatica, equilibrio, reproducao, estrutura e decisoes sob incerteza, e analisa aspectos de concorrencia e inovacoes sob a otica dessa dinâmica. Confronta enfoques micro e macroeconomicos, relacoes intersetoriais e niveis de agregacao e conclui que a nocao de complexo industrial deve ser usada modestamente, sem cobrar dela mais do que pode oferecer. Que ela seja uma especie de panaceia analitica mesoeconomica. CONCURRENCE, INNOVATION AND INDUSTRIAL COMPLEXES: SOME CONCEPTUAL REMARKS ABSTRACT This essay deals with the evolution and transformation processes of industrial and market structures under the neo-Schumpeterian approaches, mainly. It focuses on the dynamics of capitalist economy and its relation to statics, equilibrium, reproduction, structure and decision making under uncertainty. It analyzes aspects of concurrence and innovations in relation to this dynamics and confronts micro and macroeconomics views, intersectorial relations and aggregation levels. Conclusions point out that the notion of industrial complex (IC) has to be utilized softly, not waiting for achievements it cannot offer, and that the notion of IC be a kind of mesoeconomic analytical panacea.
