Resumo

Intraoral blue nevus has been infrequently reported. A review of the literature yielded twenty-two cases. A clinicopathologic study of the previous twenty-two cases and our two cases suggests that this lesion has no age or sex predilection. The most common site of occurrence was the hard palate. There appears to be no tendency for recurrence.
