Today, however, strike and union trade are in crisisthat reflets by extension on the labour law itself. As a way to surpass this crisis, the author deals with a new concept of strike and –to beyond the strike itself –of the practice of boycott that articulates itself with the values and tendencies of this post modern times. But this fight alternative is challenging and complex: it implies the participation of new actors and might affect the structure itself of the trade union organization.
