ResumoThe last 10 years have produced a wealth of scientific studies reporting a role for sleep in offline memory processing. Despite this evidence, debate continues to rage over the very existence of sleep-dependent learning and memory processing. We briefly review here the evidence in support of sleep's role in memory consolidation.
