In November, 1955, the patient had sought medical attention because of nocturnal cough, and a roentgenogram of the chest revealed a "milky spot." Tuberculin and coccidioidin skin tests were said to be negative at this time. Hospitalization was recommended but refused by the patient. On admission the patient complained...Bibliography1.
