This paper analyzes what the messages addressed to the seven churches of Revelation have to teach to the Church Growth Movement (ICM). Depending on the management of churches today be treated the same way as similar to running a business, the emphasis on growth in the number of members in churches and geographical expansion have been accepted criteria as priority over others, of a spiritual nature, as contained in the letters to the seven churches of Revelation.
