Resumo

A case of complex odontoma in the region of the lower left second and third molars in a 17-year-old boy has been reported. The tumor, which produced no clinical symptoms, was discovered on routine dental roentgenograms. The tumor was surgically removed, and the diagnosis was confirmed by histologic examination.
