This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (Intervention). The objectives are as follows: To evaluate the efficacy and tolerability of stiripentol and other antiepileptic drug treatments (including also ketogenic diet) as therapy for patients with severe myoclonic epilepsy in infancy (SMEI).
