ResumoPolitical classic liberalism was an important modern conception that foregrounded numberless institutional and political patterns within modernity, such as the natural rights of the person and the idea of a law-abiding constitutional state. Federalist maxims abide to this rule and produce important contributions for the United States’ policies. In fact, their theses agree with liberal premises within which may be mentioned the possibility of the juridical power’s control over the constitutionality of laws hailing from the legislative power.
