ResumoThe major North American sports leagues, including the National Football League, National Hockey League and Major League Baseball, engage in the collective licensing of club trademarks and logos. These activities have, on a number of occasions, been challenged as violations of Section 1 of the Sherman Act. I discuss a number of these challenges.
