ResumoTwo hundred and eighty-four cases of multiple repeat cesarean sections are presented in this 15 year report. These patients had a total of 1,033 sections, between three and nine apiece. Low cervical operations were done in the great majority of cases No deliberate sterilizations were performed, but four cesarean hysterectomies were performed because of severe scar dehiscence. All uterine ruptures during the 15 year period were discussed. There was no maternal mortality. Perinatal mortality with respect to repeat cesarean sections has been discussed.
