Abstract A case of primary hyperoxaluria and oxalosis is presented. The child received a renal transplant but had recurrence of the disease in the new kidney and died. At autopsy, cacium oxalate crystals were found in various organs, including the developing teeth and the salivary glands. This appears to be the first description of oral manifestations of oxalosis.
